What payment options are available to lock in my 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

• $49 upfront
  • Payment using credit card
  • Remaining balance scheduled for automatic payment to the credit card on file in the week commencing 28 April 2025.
  • If you wish to utilise PayPal Pay in 4* for your final remaining balance payment, you must action this through your Epic Australia Pass account with the first payment commencing prior to 28 April 2025.

I paid $49 upfront, when do I pay the rest?

The final balance payment will be charged in the week commencing 28 April 2025 to the credit card on file. The $49 upfront payment, as well as the balance, is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you wish to utilise PayPal Pay in 4* for your final remaining balance payment, you must action this through your Epic Australia Pass account with the first payment commencing prior to 28 April 2025.

I paid $49 upfront; can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?

No, by paying the initial upfront payment of $49 you acknowledge that you understand you are committing to complete your purchase of the 2025 the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass.

$49 UPFRONT AGREEMENT

According to the Terms and Conditions of your Pass purchase, by paying either your initial payment or your payment in full for your Pass, you understand and acknowledge that you are committing to buy the Pass for the 2025 Australian Season. You understand and acknowledge that when purchasing the Pass with an initial payment, you represent that the debit or credit card you provide will be authorised for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase on or about 28 April 2025 or a later date as communicated by us.

The Epic Australia Pass, Epic Australia 4-Day Pass, and Epic Australia Adaptive Pass are non-cancellable, non-refundable products, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage – Australia terms). Use of a Pass or payment for a Pass cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.

Can I make partial payments toward my 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

If you wish to complete your final balance payment before the 28 April 2025 due date with PayPal Pay in 4*, follow these steps:

• Click here to sign in
• Select 'Purchases and Payment Plans' and then 'Payment Plans'
• Click on 'View Order Details'
• Click on the 'Select to Pay' circle on the right of the page and then select 'Go to Checkout'
• In Step 5 of the checkout process, select 'PayPal Pay in 4' as your payment method

What is the cancellation policy for Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchases?

Epic Coverage is included with every Epic Australia 4-Day Pass and helps you explore the mountains you love with more peace of mind.

Under Epic Coverage, you may be eligible to receive a full or prorated refund of your Pass for certain qualifying Personal Refund Events. Refunds are subject to eligibility and are based on your Epic Coverage elections and Epic Coverage Terms and Conditions.

My plans have changed; can I transfer my Pass purchase to another person?

No. The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass is a non-cancellable, non-refundable product, except as provided under the Australian Consumer Law and in our Terms and Conditions (including under the Epic Coverage – Australia terms). Use of a Pass or payment for a Pass cannot be transferred or deferred to a future season.

Pass Collection

Will I receive a new Mountain Access Card with my 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase?

Epic Australia 4-Day Pass lift access will be loaded directly to your online account, and accessed in 2025 using your existing Mountain Access Card/s.

If you select a new Mountain Access Card with your Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase, a QR code will be loaded to your account and can be located by signing in here and selecting ‘Mountain Access Cards'. Simply scan your QR Code at one of our pickup machines in resort and your card(s) will be printed. For more information on machine location, please click here.

Pass Holder Access

What Resort lift access do I get with the 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

With the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass you get 4 days combined lift access at these Australian resorts in the 2025 winter season:

• Perisher
• Falls Creek
• Hotham

Please note, days do not have to be consecutive.

Are there any restricted access dates for the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

No. The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2025 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham.

Do the 4 days need to be consecutive, or can I use then whenever I want throughout the season?

The 4 days of lift access included with the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass can be used at any time within the 2025 Australian winter season at Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham. Ski or ride 4 days in a row or spread the days out, the choice is yours!

Do I have to use the 4 days all at the same resort?

No. You are able to use your 4 days all at the same resort or explore each of our 3 Resorts on different days - the choice is yours! You will not be required to notify us of which resort or resorts you plan to visit and when, to ensure that you have the ultimate flexibility in making your travel plans in 2025.

Do I get Northern Hemisphere access with the 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

No. The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass is only valid for use in Perisher, Falls Creek or Hotham during the 2025 Australian winter season.

Can I add Skitube to my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchase?

Yes. You will have the option to add the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass Skitube Add On during the purchase process. This add on will provide you with 4 days of Skitube access (between Bullocks Flat and Perisher Valley) in the 2025 Australian winter season.

Is there a discount on Lift Tickets once I’ve used all days on my Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Yes. There are options available to enjoy the mountain at a discounted rate if you run out of days on your Epic Australia 4-Day Pass. If you plan to ski or ride additional days, you can reach out to the Epic Australia Pass team here prior to arrival, or visit a Ticket Office on arrival in resort to purchase lift tickets at the Advanced Lift Ticket rate*.

*Actual discount rate varies by resort and day.

  • Perisher: Valid at Perisher Sports outlets, Perisher Snowdome, and Slopestyle.
  • Falls Creek: Valid at Falls Creek Sports outlets, The Board Lounge, and Ski & Boot Co

  • Hotham: Wednesday and Saturdays throughout the season.

Note: The Epic Australia 4-Day Pass does not include the Bring A Mate benefit.

Can I use my benefits and discounts for other people?

No. Epic Australia 4-Day Pass benefits and discounts are available only for Pass holders and not for non-Pass holder family and friends. When you assign a product during the online purchase process, the system will recognise if that person has an eligible Pass and will automatically apply the applicable discount.

Pass Types

What are the age categories for the Epic Australia 4-Day Pass?

Age categories for 2025 Epic Australia 4-Day Pass purchases are determined by age of the Pass holder as at 7 June 2025. Once purchased, the Pass is valid for its 4 days of use during the 2025 Australian winter season and will not be restricted should the Pass holder no longer fall into the purchased age range.

• Child: 5 - 17 years of age
• Adult: 18 - 64 years of age
• Senior: 65+ years of age
