Hakuba Valley
Location: Hakuba Valley is nestled amongst the spectacular Japanese Alps, located within the northern area of Nagano district on Honshu (the main Island of Japan), approximately a 3 hour drive from Tokyo.
Getting there: There are a number of flights daily from Australia to Tokyo. Once in Japan guests can access Hakuba Valley via Train, bus, shuttle and/or private car.
Where to stay: The majority of accommodation accessing Hakuba Valley is situated at the base of Happo-One Mountain, in the Wadano Village. Alternatively guests may enjoy staying in Echoland, which is the main restaurant and bar area of Hakuba Valley.
Snowfall: Hakuba boasts an huge annual snowfall average of 10m, with its highest mountain peak sitting at 2,933m!

Hakuba Valley is made of 10 unique resorts all offering a variety of terrain and varying vertical metres, with 'something for everyone' it is the perfect family / group snow holiday destination. The resorts, all accessible with your Epic Australia Pass, have a huge combined skiable area of 2,200 acres.
Rusutsu Resort
Location: Rusutsu Resort is located amongst the Northern Alps of Japan, in central Hokkaido, the north most island of Japan. Approximately 1 hour and 40 minute drive from Sapporo, the closest major city and New Chitose Airport, the closest international airport.
Getting there: There are a number of flights daily from Australia to Tokyo. Once in Japan guests can access Rusutsu via a connecting flight to New Chintose Airport (Sapporo) and a bus / private car to the resort.
Where to stay: Rusutsu Resort provides a variety of accommodation suited to every budget / need. Accommodation options include; hotel rooms, log cabins, cottages and lodges.
Snowfall: Rusutsu Resort averages a whopping 13m of snowfall per season, with heavy consistent snowfalls being the norm, week-in, week-out.
